A whole woman carries a different kind of weight
You have done the conferences. Read the books. Built the business or started the ministry. Yet many women still feel the pressure to edit themselves to fit the room.
Somewhere along the way, you absorbed the lie that feminine women cannot lead with authority, that prophetic women should stay quiet, and that softness makes you weak. But the truth is that the hardest thing you will ever do is remain tender in a world that rewards callousness, stay discerning without becoming cynical, and build with strategy without losing your sensitivity to the Spirit.
This is not another program teaching you to hustle harder or lean in. This is becoming.
Learning to live, lead, and build in divine order.

THE FRAMEWORK BEHIND BECOMING
The Architecture of a Whole Woman
Most women lead from hustle while their spirit remains disconnected. This cohort restores divine order, aligning spirit, soul, and body so transformation can fully manifest.

Here is what is included at every level:
12 bi-weekly 90-minute live group coaching sessions with Obioma
Direct access to the complete EIMI → PROS → ARCHE framework library
Private community, daily connection with women who understand prophetic language and Kingdom strategy
Guest expert sessions in prophetic ministry and Kingdom business throughout the six months
All recordings, materials, and frameworks with lifetime access
16-week Kingdom Journey theology integration, mapping spiritual formation to manifestation

What You'll Learn
Who God said you were before you were born.
We go back to the source, what did God declare about you before you ever had a chance to perform, fail, or prove yourself? Your identity isn't built from your history. It was written before it.
What it means to show up complete, not perfect.
Not flawless. Not polished. Complete, lacking nothing. You'll learn what it actually looks like to walk into your life as your full self, without waiting until you've fixed everything first.
What's been blocking your gaze.
Some things in us, wounds, patterns, agreements with lies, quietly redirect our eyes from God to our circumstances. You'll identify yours and call them what they are.
How to stay fixed when everything around you is shifting.
It's one thing to look to God when life is still. It's another when the situation is loud and the circumstances are pressing. You'll build the spiritual muscle to stay anchored.
The connection between who you are and what you produce.
Your work, your ministry, your business, they are not separate from your identity. You'll understand the synergy between being and doing, and why that alignment changes everything about your output.
The specific assignments that are waiting for the real you to show up.
There are things that can only happen through you, the whole you, healed and aligned. You'll get clarity on what those are, and the courage to step into them this season.
HERE'S THE REAL ISSUE
You're building while fragmented. And it's not sustainable.
You are showing up. Every day. Doing the work. Carrying the weight. But you're doing it as pieces of yourself — the professional version, the spiritual version, the strong version, the version that fits this room.
And the exhaustion you feel? That's not weakness. That's the cost of building while broken. You were never designed to sustain output from a fractured foundation.
You cannot build what you were called to build from a version of yourself that's still waiting for permission to exist.
The Becoming Collective doesn't add more to your plate. It addresses the foundation. Because when the foundation is whole, what you build from it is different. It lasts. It multiplies. It carries the weight it was designed to carry.
Become, so you can be. Be, so you can do. Do, so the world can see what God said about you all along.

This is for the woman who…
Knows that real transformation is hard work, and is ready for it anyway.
Wants a community of women who will do the work, God's way.
Is tired of doing more and getting the same results.
Is prophetically gifted, entrepreneurially called, or ministry-led, and knows there's more.
Is done compromising her trust in God, and is ready to step into His promises.
Is ready to stop being a fragment and step into the fullness of her person.
This is NOT for you if:
You're looking for information without transformation.
You want quick wins without inner work.
You're not yet ready to have the lies challenged.
"Her discipleship doesn't just inform you — it transforms you."
She carries a unique grace to nurture, guide, and challenge you to rise into everything the Lord has called you to be. She stretches you in ways that may feel uncomfortable at times, but through that stretching you begin to see that God has already placed within you everything you need to walk out your assignment. Through her leadership, I've grown not only in confidence but in my understanding of what it means to steward the call of God with boldness and humility

what they said
"Obi is truly a destiny helper sent by God."
She carries such profound biblical wisdom, yet remains authentic, humble, and obedient in the gifts God has given her. She teaches the Gospel without compromise, yet with the love and gentleness of Christ. Through her ministry, I've grown in truth, intimacy, and deeper revelation of God and His Word. Hey there
I am Obioma
I am Obioma Enyinnaya — founder of intentionEL Institute, host of The Feminine Frontline podcast, and a woman who spent a long time doing a lot while becoming very little.
I know what it is to be capable and fragmented at the same time. To build something impressive from the outside while quietly wondering if the real you — all of you, not just the polished presentation — was actually welcome. I've been Executive Pastor and corporate project manager. I've held an MBA while teaching Hebrew and Greek. I've led prophetically in rooms that didn't have language for it, and built strategically in rooms that didn't have space for the Spirit.
I've been falsely accused by leaders I trusted. I've navigated the specific grief of church hurt while maintaining my conviction that spiritual authority is real and worth submitting to. I've had content reach nearly 3 million people while simultaneously stewarding a small, intimate community of women doing the deep work.
I am not interested in building a platform. I am interested in building women who build what they were actually called to build.
The EIMI → PROS → ARCHE framework is not something I read in a book. It is the architecture of my own becoming — forged over more than a decade of integrating theology, ministry, and marketplace. It is what I wish existed when I was building alone, sure that I was too much for some rooms and not enough for others.
I built this because I needed it to exist. And I believe you are here because you need it too.

STAY SOFT IN A HARD WORLD

You've read this far. That matters.
Women who aren't supposed to be here usually leave the page long before this point.
Something in you is saying yes. Not recklessly, but with a deep, settled recognition. That's not hype. That's discernment.
The cohort is limited to 12 women. Every application is reviewed for mutual fit. We are building a collective, which means who is in the room matters deeply. If this is your season, don't let it pass you by waiting for a more convenient moment to become.
SPOTS ARE LIMITED

ready for life change?
Here's how your life will look after this:
You will stop shape-shifting. You'll walk into any room — a boardroom, a pulpit, a dinner table, a DM conversation — as the same woman. Not performing. Not adjusting. Whole.
You will know what God said about you: and you'll actually believe it. Not as theology. As identity. As the settled ground you walk from every single day.
Your work will change: because your foundation will. The business, the ministry, the content — it will flow from a transformed nature, not from striving. And it will carry a different weight because of that.
You will have a community who knew you before, and will witness the after. That kind of witness is rare and irreplaceable. You will not walk this out alone.
You will step into the assignments that have been waiting for the real you. The ones that couldn't move forward because they required a wholeness you hadn't yet accessed. This season, that changes.
You will know how to stay anchored when circumstances are loud. This isn't just for the six months. It's a way of being that you will carry the rest of your life.
You will finally feel what it's like to be fully known and fully loved, and build from that place. Not from hunger. Not from lack. From overflow.
