Cancellation Policy

TRUE TRANSFORMATION MINI SESSION POLICY Thank you for choosing a True Transformation Mini Session. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and supported coaching experience: Booking Requirements Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Mini Sessions are offered based on calendar availability and are not guaranteed without confirmed scheduling. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their session at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Sessions canceled less than 2 hours before the start time will be considered missed sessions. Refunds & Rescheduling Mini Sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available on a limited, first-come basis, and is dependent on calendar availability. Missed sessions (no-shows or late cancellations) are not eligible for rescheduling. Expiration Date All Mini Sessions must be scheduled and completed on or before January 31, 2026. Any sessions not used by this date will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred. Thank you for honoring these policies.
